Returns Policy

We love all the wines we sell, but we get it if you have a different opinion.

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with a wine we sell you, return it and we will either credit you the cost or refund the money. Your choice.

How do I return a wine

Let us know by email that you plan to return a bottle. Including the original email order sent to you will help us enormously.

Please ensure the bottle is sent in a package that is suitable for mailing. Preferably a clean unbroken box of a size that matches the bottle.

Return the wine to Level 1, 29 Napolean St  Cottesloe Western Australia AU 6011 and let us know by email as soon as you have sent the bottle please.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If  approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
